Service Description

As we start to clear patterns that keep us stuck in survival mode, it is important to safely reprocess, organize, and connect fragmented traumatic "parts', memories, sensations, and emotions into a cohesive life narrative. Allowing the trauma to become apart of your history rather than a dominating constant re-experience. An integration session will help cleanse emotional states, and provide energetic tools, boundaries and defense.
